• Appointment details when you book a time with us.
• Call recordings, transcripts and summaries when you call (208) 449-1904. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.

• To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services.
• To schedule, confirm, remind you of, and follow up on appointments.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive.
• To send email you have requested or that relates to our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

How we share it

We may share information with service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM, phone, scheduling and email providers, only so they can provide those services to us. In the course of a real estate transaction we may share information with parties to that transaction, such as lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors, and other agents, when you ask us to or when needed to complete your transaction. We may disclose information if required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our customer service, such as our messaging platform provider, is permitted, but not for their own marketing.
